Just a little instrumental to settle into the afternoon. A little rock, a little folk, and a little inspiration from R. A. Heinlein. Crosby wrote it, and except for a version by Blackburn & Snow, it went unreleased for a long time. Which is a shame, because #basslopnik will appreciate it as some of Chris Hillman's best.

Have not listened to old Byrds in a long time. Thanks. Curious, where did you get "Stranger in a Strange Land? I do not recall a track with that name on that LP.

It's on the remastered CD version as a bonus track. Ironically, I'm listening to the CD, and posted this through URL-copy/paste, because youtube is blocked at work.

If you see the note above, it's actually not a "full" version of the song, so was unreleased - that, and Crosby was trying to jam it on the album and they ran out of room. There *were* lyrics, but the cut above doesn't have them, and it's probably a good thing, given "Triad", "What's Happening?", and "Mind Gardens".
